1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of MagicAI, an AI-powered facial photo enhancement SaaS platform available at https://magicai.kr. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

MagicAI provides the following AI-powered features:

• AI facial tone and color correction
• AI age transformation
• AI inpainting (image editing)
• AI video generation
• AI interview video generation

3. Account Registration

• You may register using an email address or Google account.
• Welcome credits are granted upon registration for service trial.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Unauthorized use of another user's account is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• Monthly credits are issued upon each billing cycle renewal.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Free plan users will have a MagicAI watermark applied to output images and videos.

5. Credits

• Credits are deducted at the time a job is created (pre-deduction).
• Subscription credits do not expire.
• Gift credits expire 30 days after issuance.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. User Obligations

• Do not upload images that infringe on the rights (portrait rights, copyright) of others.
• Do not use the service to generate illegal or inappropriate content.
• Do not use automated tools to access or scrape the service.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of images you upload.
• You are granted usage rights to AI-generated outputs.
• MagicAI's brand, technology, and design are proprietary.

8. Disclaimer

AI processing results are not guaranteed for accuracy or quality. MagicAI is not liable for user-uploaded content or third-party disputes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
